Return & Refund Policy

Standard In-Stock Items
We accept returns on standard, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Please note that all items made to order, customized, or personalized specifically for you are considered Final Sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@hellomacraamerica.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
